Cancellation and Refund
At Flexora, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, we’ve outlined the process and conditions below. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for every purchase.
Cancellations

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched. Simply contact us at flexorasports7@gmail.com or call +91 9638850168 to request a cancellation.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the product once received, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available for eligible returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@flexora.com with clear photographs or videos of the product’s condition.
We will assess the issue and arrange either a replacement or refund, depending on the product availability and situation.
